About Brad Geisen
Brad started in South Florida real estate in the 1980s and opened his first company at age 20. In 1991 he ran the first program where HUD let a private company list and sell its homes. That program became HUD's national model.
He later built and ran nationwide broker networks for HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac, and created HomePath.com and HomeSteps.com. He founded Foreclosure.com and has owned brokerages, title companies, and investment companies.
Brad has also built more than 50 commercial and residential projects in South Florida, including the Comerica Bank Regional Headquarters in Boca Raton.
